Terms of Payment:  MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Discover, Paypal, or COD Money Order ONLY.  Payment must be received upon completion of delivery and/or installation of products. 

Claims:  We carefully inspect all merchandise for correct quantity and defects.  Carrier assumes responsibility upon receipt.  You must file all claims for damage or shortages against the carrier.  Claims for merchandise shortages must be filed with Clear Technologies of Virginia, LLC within three (3) days after receipt of shipment. 

Return Policy:  Buyer recognizes that all orders are custom manufactured after order is placed.  Therefore, under most circumstances any request to return product due to reasons other than product defect or incorrect shipment (i.e. wrong parts, incomplete parts, etc.) will not be allowed.  Cleartech assumes no responsibility for shipping difficulties by third party carriers.  In cases where there is a high probability that the product will be resold, Clear Technologies of Virginia, at their discretion, will allow a return within 30 days of the original purchase date.  All returned products will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.  To process a return, please contact our Customer Care Department and request a return authorization number (RMA) at returns@vacleartech.com. This number should be clearly printed on the outside of the returned package.  We must receive all returned merchandise in resalable condition before credit will be issued.

Back Orders: Unless otherwise specified by the customer, all orders for merchandise temporarily out of stock will be held on back order and shipped when available. 

Installation Disclaimer:  Clear Technologies of Virginia, LLC makes every effort to assure that all precut paint protection film kits have been test fit or otherwise checked for fit and suitability for the specific make and model advertised.  Despite the fact that thousands of retail customers have been successful in installing this product themselves, a professional quality installation does require some skill on the part of the installer for which Clear Technologies of Virginia, LLC cannot be held accountable.  Clear Technologies of Virginia, LLC’s liability is limited to providing installation instructions, advice via a national toll-free telephone number and unlimited product/installation training at our headquarters in Virginia or Tennessee.  The purchase and installation of Clear Technologies of Virginia, LLC precut kits is done so at the buyer’s risk.
